Functional - less straight forward than it sounds, these techniques improve daily physical regulation and wellbeing.
Emotional - these techniques allow the practitioner to take control over their emotions, regulate stress and anxiety and increasing resilience.
Transformational - the most powerful category of breathwork, these techniques are the ones that can be used for deep and significant change. They have shown strong correlation with the improvement of PTSD, Anxiety disorder and Depression. Practitioners often describe it as a euphoric and deeply significant.

A deeply transformational and healing experience, Lottie will teach and guide you through a CCB session followed by sharing exercises to integrate the experience.
